Bushman

Raised as a Rasta since childhood, Bushman first came to the attention of Steely and Clevie with whom he achieved instant success with his debut single ‘Grow Your Natty’. The follow up hits ‘Call The Hearse’ and ‘Rude Boy Life’ further increased his profile and in 1997 he released his acclaimed debut album ‘Nyah Man Chant’. Bushman next journeyed to Waterhouse to record for King Jammy, the resulting albums ‘Total Commitment’ and ‘Higher Ground’ furthering his international fame and delivering a string of hits including ‘Fire Bun A Weak Heart’ now rightly regarded as a classic.
